2. Services Provided

Wild Child Bastrop offers screen-free indoor play sessions, birthday party hosting, special events, and memberships for children ages 2–10. Specific rules and waivers may apply to individual services and events.

3. Bookings & Payments

Reservations are required for events and parties and are subject to availability.A 50% deposit is required to secure party bookings.All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in writing.We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service with appropriate notice.

4. Parental Supervision & Liability

Parents/guardians must remain on premises during open play, unless otherwise specified (e.g., Parents Night Out).Wild Child is not responsible for lost or stolen items.Participation assumes an understanding of the physical risks of play. A waiver must be signed before participation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made within the time frames outlined in our booking policies. Refunds (if applicable) are issued at Wild Child’s discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, copy, and design — is the property of Wild Child Bastrop and may not be used without written permission.
